How to Help Shape Playful Bent

Playful Bent is already one of the best places on the web to meet interesting, alternative, sex-positive people. As it grows, we have a unique opportunity to build a global community that rejects the highly commercial tone, and often sexist and homophobic tendencies, of the major dating and adult networking sites.

shaping playful bent

The people who use this site are not your average myspace drones. Just browsing through the profiles will show you that playful bent users are creative, opinionated and interesting. We (Jade and Andale), like to think that we’re creative, opinionated and interesting too, but we’d be foolish not to take into account some of your opinions too.

If you’re interested in helping to shape Playful Bent, into whatever it is you’d like it to become (and rest assured, we have plenty of ideas if you don’t), then we’d like to hear from you. There are a number of different ways that you might like to get involved:

Share An Idea

Got a great flirtatious idea that you’d like to see on this site? Have a chat to us about it and see if we can help. You can pop your ideas in the forum, send Jade a private message on the site, or email suggestions@playfulbent.com.

Involve an Adult Group

We’re looking to make contact with existing adult groups in the real world, such as your local club for people into BDSM, swinging, polyamoury, or whatever. We’re working on a bunch of tools to help manage adult groups and events, which will connect to, rather than replace, your existing Yahoo/Google/MSN email groups. If you’re interested in this, drop us a line.

Become a Partner

Playful Bent is a big project. To make it successful, we need to recruit. If you want to get involved, it doesn’t require programming skills, just a passionate interest in online communities and playful adult interaction. We make a small amount of money from our sponsoring users (thank you very much), and will probably eventually receive other income in unobtrusive ways, and all income will be divided fairly between all partners in the project. If you think this is the sort of thing that you might be good at, drop us a line using one of the methods described above.
